Originally meant for deeply flavored steak house style burgers, my friend, Ja’Baree who is an incredible artist and a vegetarian tried this by sprinkling it on his avocado in the morning! It’s now his favorite!

Inspired by Ja’Baree’s application of the seasoning, when making a cheeseboard, I rolled a log of goatc heese (chèvre) in this seasoning and it was so yummy!
